ORDERING POLICY

We are thrilled that you have chosen Dolce Amore Vault for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. 

Ready to ship jewelry will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Made to order pieces take 2–3 weeks to ship. Engraving can add another week to shipping. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

For rush orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at hello@dolceamorering.com (allow 48hrs for a response) or contact us via our Instagram DM.

Any items you see on the official Dolce Amore Rings social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship most of our items with UPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including a UPS tracking number.

We insure shipments for all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry. 

All shipments require a signature.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at hello@dolceamorering.com

We currently ship to:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.    

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.

Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. Should you not want to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled. We will not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing. We do not negotiate the prices of our products.

 

SIZING

What is your ring sizing?

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler.  If you end up buying the wrong size most of our rings can be size except for the DARE collection or Diamond Eternity bands.
