Prior to your purchase, please read our policy carefully.

Every Dolce Amore Vault piece is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to feel completely confident before you buy. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, shipping time, or anything else, please reach out before placing your order. We are always happy to help.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email receipt with your order details. If you are ordering from us for the first time, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.

Orders go into production the next business day. Shipping takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Engraving adds one additional week.
