Dolce Amore Vault is a fine jewelry atelier handcrafted in California, rooted in Italian heritage, and designed for the woman who wears her story.

It began with a gift.

After the birth of her son, Paola's husband gave her a ring, a push present so personal, so perfectly her, that it changed everything. It was not just beautiful. It meant something. And it sparked a question she could not ignore.

Why is it so hard to find jewelry that feels this personal?

Born to an Italian diplomat father and a Brazilian mother, Paola Incisa Di Camerana grew up between continents, surrounded by beauty, craftsmanship, and the quiet elegance that defines Italian life. She studied Business Administration at John Cabot University in Rome, where design and craftsmanship were not aspirations but simply part of everyday culture.

Drawn to understand jewelry beyond its surface, she earned her Applied Jewelry Professional diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the most respected gemological institution in the world. This foundation guides every stone she selects and every piece she creates.

Each Dolce Amore Vault piece is handcrafted in California using 14k and 18k yellow, rose, and white gold, set with carefully selected diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and emeralds. Made in collaboration with a family of generational goldsmiths, every design reflects a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and pieces that last a lifetime.

But more than anything, these pieces are designed to be lived in. Worn every day. Layered over time. Collected slowly. Passed down with meaning.
