Use of This Site

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order. We do not honor incorrect pricing and all prices are non-negotiable.

Actual colors, textures, and finishes of handcrafted pieces may vary slightly from product photography. Each piece is made by hand and minor variations are a natural characteristic of artisan craftsmanship, not a defect.

Made-to-Order Policy

Most Dolce Amore Vault pieces are made to order. Production times are listed on each product page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeline. Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@dolceamorering.com before placing your order if you have a deadline.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and non-refundable, as these pieces are made specifically for the individual client. This includes diamond transformations, heirloom recreations, and any piece designed to custom specifications. All custom order details will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which processes all payments securely through PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not store credit card information.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within California at the applicable local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to California sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Dolce Amore Vault is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched. For full shipping information please visit our Shipping & Order Information page.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal data is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. Dolce Amore Vault jewelry is crafted in 14k and 18k gold with natural and lab-grown gemstones. We do not knowingly use materials subject to California Proposition 65 warning requirements. If you have specific questions about materials, please contact us at hello@dolceamorering.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photography, copy, design, and product images, is the property of Dolce Amore Vault and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolce Amore Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California.
