Shipping & Order Information

Ordering Policy

Every Dolce Amore Vault order is handled with care. If any issues arise with your order, we will reach out to you directly to resolve them.

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship within 3-4 weeks. Engraving adds approximately one additional week. Orders will not go into production until full payment is received.

For rush orders, contact us at hello@dolceamorering.com or via Instagram DM before placing your order. Rush production is available at an additional fee. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. For legal purposes, the declared value of your shipment reflects the full cost of the jewelry and is non-negotiable.

International Shipping

We ship to a select list of countries outside the United States. If your country is not listed below, please contact us at hello@dolceamorering.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We currently ship to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, which are collected at the time of delivery.
