Made to Order & Returns

Every Dolce Amore Vault piece is made to order and crafted to your specifications. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To cancel, email hello@dolceamorering.com within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

EU customers: Made-to-order and personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. By placing an order, you acknowledge this right does not apply to your purchase.
